About
Lydia is an art psychotherapist, yoga teacher and languages teacher.
She lives in the North of Ireland beside the river Dunore in County Antrim, nestled between Lough Neagh and the Belfast hills. She dances among the worlds of shamanic, synchronistic journeys into the psyche, history and mythology, depth psychology writing, ceremonial ritual and prayer, yoga asana, embodied creative practice, and gnostic transpersonal experience. She speaks three languages well, is learning a fourth and loves to swim and explore the wild beauty of Éire.
